i am SO sorry for the delayed reply. because i haven't updated art here due to my senior thesis, i have not checked my deviantart foreverrrr.
so...yes, sometimes I use myself. i have friends that parkour, too. but sometimes it's just online references. also, i'll combine my parkour references with this deviantartist: senshistock.deviantart.com/gal…. get her/his permission, give him/her credit and show the work you drew, and they let you use their photos for free
for muscled body types, THESE PHOTOS are AMAZING reference: referencesforartists.tumblr.co….
i recommend that you research parkour. youtube interviews with professionals, watch them, look up photos, tuturials (book or video), and try it out yourself to add more personal meaning to your parkour drawings.
